If you subscribe to one of the Presbury.com ISP packages, one of the options available to you is the setting up of a mailing list. Take a look at how it works:

What is a Mailing List?
A mailing list allows a discussion by e-mail, between a group of people; these people’s e-mail addresses make up the list.

What is the benefit to my Business?
You can build up a mailing list of clients and by writing one e-mail addressed to the list, all clients in the list receive a copy.

How do I set up a Mailing List?
You set it up on your domain name's administration pages and give it a name, (e.g, AlphaList). A message addressed to the mailing list, (e.g, alphalist@your.domain.co.uk),
will then be delivered to every e-mail address on the list.

Who do you send replies to?When replying to a mailing list message, you normally have the option to reply either to the entire mailing list, or to the original sender only.

Can anyone join a mailing list?
An additional option allows for individual users to subscribe to, or unsubscribe from the mailing list. The user sends an e-mail addressed to majordomo@your.domain.co.uk for example, with the words, "subscribe alphalist" or "unsubscribe alphalist", in the main body of the message.

How do I manage my Mailing List?
The mailing list is password protected and this means that you can modify it, or even delete it whenever you want to.
